Returns Policy

Because every Known & Loved game is made to order with personalised content, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, in line with UK consumer law for bespoke goods.

Damaged or faulty items

If your game arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please email hello@knownandloved.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Errors in personalisation

Please double-check all card and board text in the preview step before checkout. If we've made a mistake against what you submitted, we'll reprint it free of charge.
