These terms govern your use of knownandloved.co.uk and any board game you order from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our games can include a Dare or Drink category with references to alcohol.

Personalisation & content

You are responsible for the content you submit (names, jokes, photos). Please only include content you have the right to use, and avoid anything offensive, defamatory, or unlawful. We may decline to print orders that breach these terms.

Orders & delivery

Each game is bespoke. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days. Pricing and delivery times shown at checkout apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Our liability is limited to the value of your order to the extent permitted by law.
